The projects come from our installation contracts across Canada and the United States: access control, structured cabling, surveillance, intrusion, and sound, in sizes from small standalone jobs to defined portions of large multi-site programs. More of that work exists than our own teams can install; our partners install the rest, priced by you, backed by us. The growth follows on its own: steady work you did not have to chase is what lets a shop hire its next tech and take on bigger scopes. We will not pretend to be your whole pipeline; some partners fill the holes between their own jobs, others build most of their year on it.

The structure is built for the long run. Partners who deliver stay in rotation and get first call when the next project lands in their region. As our contract volume increases, your project flow increases with it; as your capacity expands, we can commit to larger scopes in your market. SynergizeX Inc. succeeds by keeping its partners working, and everything you build along the way remains fully yours.
Four steps, no account to create, nothing to pay.
Fill in your company details and sign the Installation Partner Agreement online. The moment it is executed, you are a partner, in the rotation for opportunities in your region.
When an opportunity fits your region and your trade, you get a bid package: full scope and documentation requirements up front so you can price it accurately. Accept what fits, pass on what does not. No penalty for passing.
Clear direction, defined portions of work, and daily documentation through our platform. The photos your techs take are the proof that speeds your invoice, and anything commercial from the client comes straight to us. That is our job.
Bill against completed, documented work at the agreed price. Your payment terms are in writing before you start, and the agreement sets a final outside payment date, so payment can never drift indefinitely.
How we work and why, in plain terms, so you sign knowing exactly what you are getting into.
Getting started
Nothing. No fees, no dues, no platform charges. We provide the documentation platform free. You price your own bids. Your only investment is doing good work.
Once your agreement is executed, you are in our rotation for your region. A project manager reaches out when an opportunity fits your area and your trade, and you receive a bid package with the full scope, site requirements, and documentation expectations. From there it is your call: price it and send in your number, or pass.
Every opportunity comes to you as a bid package: scope, site requirements, and documentation expectations. You price your own work and submit your bid. If it is accepted, the details go into a subcontract agreement that spells out exactly what you are doing and for how much, signed before you start. You define your scope in it, so there is never a question later about what you agreed to do.
You need solid installation fundamentals: mounting, pulling, terminating, and clean workmanship. You do not need to be a systems expert. On most projects our technical field managers take on the head end and the panel and rack work, and when that work sits in your scope we back you with training, detailed wiring schematics, and support throughout. Many of these projects are larger than what most local contractors see on their own, and that is exactly why we built this level of support around you.
No. No exclusivity: keep your own customers and your other GCs. No minimums: accept only assignments that fit your calendar and capacity. Either side can end the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The restrictions that do continue, like not soliciting the clients we introduced you to, protect the same rule that protected you while you were working with us.
So every partner is on the same current version. Re-signing replaces the old agreement, and any project you already have in progress continues under the terms it started with. Nothing changes mid-project.
On the job
We do. Equipment and materials arrive specified and supplied by us. Programming is almost always handled on our side, not yours, and on most projects our technical field managers install the head end and handle the panel and rack work. When any of that sits in your scope instead, your bid package says so up front and we back you with complete support, down to detailed wiring schematics. Either way, you are never chasing distributors or fronting material costs.
On most projects one of our technical field managers is on site working alongside your team, typically installing the head end and handling the panel and rack work, plus commissioning, training, and sign-off on the completed work and documentation. When a project puts head end work in your scope, we support it completely, including detailed wiring schematics prepared for your team. You are never left alone to figure out an unfamiliar system.
The project does. On commercial work, install windows come from the client’s build schedule, not from us and not from you. The window comes with the bid package, so you can check it against your own commitments before you price the job, and nothing lands on your calendar that you did not agree to take. Once you commit, your team works to the project schedule the same way we do, and if the site shifts, our project managers reschedule with you rather than around you.
Because the relationships that bring in these opportunities feed every partner in our network, not just one project. The same clients bring us work across many regions and many sites, and what they are buying is one seamless team wherever the work lands. A single local conversation that steps around that structure can damage a relationship that many installation partners depend on for their next opportunity, which is why we protect it so carefully. The structure also works in your favor: you are never a lone local contractor dealing with a large company on your own, because the full weight of our relationship with that client stands behind you. Our project management team handles the client side, our technical team supports yours, and day-to-day site coordination like check-ins, access, and safety is normal. Anything commercial comes to us, and we handle it the same day.
It happens, and it is never a problem. Be polite, refer them to us, and let us know the same day. Day-to-day coordination like access and safety is normal and expected. Anything commercial, from pricing to changes to future work, comes to us and we handle it quickly.
Send it to us before doing it. A client instruction is not authorization, and that rule protects you: work done on a handshake is work you might not get paid for. We turn the request into a written change order, and once it is authorized you do the work knowing it is covered.
White-label delivery. On our projects, everyone on site presents as one team. That is the product our clients buy. Off our projects, your brand is entirely your own, and nothing in the agreement touches it.
Not publicly, because these are white-label projects and the client relationship is confidential. All photos go into the documentation platform, where they support your invoices and closeout. Off our projects, your brand and your own portfolio are entirely yours.
With our prior written consent, yes. You stay responsible for anyone you bring, they follow the same site, safety, and communication rules, and their work is documented the same way. Talk to us before you bid so it is built into the plan.
You are responsible for your team’s safety compliance and training, like on any job. We identify site-specific requirements up front with the bid package, including any background checks, badging, or orientations, so there are no surprises after you have priced the work.
Getting paid
You invoice against work that is completed and documented, at pricing agreed before you started. Payment terms are in writing in the partner agreement and your project subcontract agreement before you commit to anything, and the agreement sets a final outside payment date for approved, completed work, so payment can never drift indefinitely. Like most construction work, the final 10% holds back until the client signs off, then releases. The best protection you have is the documentation platform: work that is photographed and logged does not get argued about.
Only the disputed portion waits. The undisputed part gets paid on normal terms, we work the dispute out together with your documentation as the evidence, and anything resolved in your favor goes out with the next payment cycle. This is also why the documentation platform matters: photographed, logged work does not get argued about.
Standard construction practice, the same as you would see from any GC. The final ten percent releases when the client signs off and deficiencies are closed. Clean documentation and a tidy punch list are what make it release fast.
Chargebacks only exist for documented costs when work is abandoned, left deficient, or a commitment is broken, and they are limited to real, receipted amounts. Do the work, document as you go, and clear your punch list, and there is nothing for a chargeback to attach to.
Bring it to us directly and we resolve it with you. Payment issues never involve the client, in either direction. And the agreement protects you in writing: it sets a final outside payment date for approved, completed work, so payment can never drift indefinitely, and if approved, undisputed amounts go unpaid long enough after written notice, you are released from continuing that assignment.
Project documentation is what gets your invoices approved and the client to sign off. It is shared with the client for delivery and closeout, and it protects you as much as us, because documented work is paid work.
The agreement
Because that is how the whole project chain works. Our clients require it of us, and we carry the same structure through. It is a standard additional insured endorsement your broker handles in minutes, and it protects everyone on the site, including you.
It protects the thing that feeds everyone: our client relationships. Anything you learn about through us stays with us. Your own customers, your own market, and work you find on your own are completely yours. If you never bid on a project you learned about through SynergizeX Inc. behind our back, this section will never touch you.
No. You are an independent business working under a partner agreement. You run your own company, set your own price on every bid, invoice for your work, and handle your own team, taxes, and benefits. We bring the projects, the materials, and the support.
Your workmanship carries a twelve month warranty from client sign-off, which is standard for this kind of work, and the agreement caps the window so a delayed sign-off can never stretch it indefinitely. If something you installed fails in that window, you fix it. Because our technical field manager tests and signs off before closeout, surprises after the fact are rare.
Thirty days’ written notice from either side, no reason needed. You get paid for authorized work you completed and documented. A few obligations continue afterward, like confidentiality and not soliciting the clients you met through us, which protect the same system that fed you work while you were here.
Read it. Seriously, it is written in plain language on purpose. The parts with teeth are the ones you would expect: do not go around us to our clients, document your work, fix deficiencies, carry proper insurance. If you are planning to do the work and do it well, there is nothing in it that touches you.
Read the agreement, and if it works for you, sign it. Once it is executed, you are in the rotation for bid packages in your region.
